JEUPISTE announcement

Japan Society for the Promotion of Science, JSPS, has opened the calls for proposals for 2014 Open Partnership Joint Projects/Seminars. This is one of the new schemes of JSPS, first implemented in 2013, and supports bilateral exchanges with all countries having diplomatic relations with Japan.
